BANNER Manufacturing Essentials/Fundamentals Certification Class


Provides recently hired employees or individuals with limited manufacturing experience knowledge and skill sets in Safety, Production, Maintenance and Quality that result in a Certificated Production Technician designation from the MSSC. This certification provides the foundation needed for entry-level manufacturing positions. Some classes are Grant funded – no cost to you.

Limited to 15 participants per class.

80 Hours (Essentials) or 120 Hours (Fundamentals)

Analytical Trouble Shooting

Increase the operating efficiency of your production environment by developing troubleshooting expertise. Analytic Trouble Shooting (ATSSM) integrates quality and productivity efforts, and provides a logical framework for statistical process control, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, total productive maintenance, self-managed work teams, and other programs. Not tied to a specific machine or process, ATS helps troubleshooters solve problems in the production environments of today—and tomorrow.  Limited to 15.
